You can retrieve your DomainIT username and reset your password by following these steps:

1) Go to: https://www.domainit.com/forgot.mhtml

2) Enter your DomainIT Account Manager email address

3) Click Submit

You will receive an email with a link to update your password. This link will only work if you access it from the same computer from which you submitted your request.  The reset password link email can not be forwarded. The link also expires after 24 hours.
