How to Find and Install WordPress Themes

After you have installed WordPress, you can find ready made WordPress themes (templates) at places such as: http://wordpress.org/themes/browse/popular/ http://woothemes.com/ http://elegantthemes.com/ http://themeforest.net/ (or Google for 1000's of other choices) After you select a Theme, you should be given the files necessary to install it. To install your theme, follow these steps: 1) Login to your WordPress installation at http://YourDomain.com/wp-login.php (or whichever sub-directory you installed WordPress into, be sure replace YourDomain.com) 2) Click Appearance (on the left-side menu) 3) Click Themes 4) Click Install Themes 5) Click Upload 6) Find the zip file on your computer and upload. | |
