DomainIT provides a secure FTP solution called FTPS which encrypts the files you upload.

To use FTPS, simply use ftpes://server#.domainit.com in the host field of your FTP client (eg. Filezilla, CuteFTP, etc.) and accept the secure certificate when prompted.

You may also securely upload files using the "File Manager" icon in your control panel which uses a secure connection.
