Why hasn't my domain transferred to DomainIT or to the new registrar?Domain Transfers

There are a variety of reasons that will cause a domain transfer to be delayed or denied by the losing registrar. 1. The Administrative Email Contact (listed in the domain's WHOIS record) fails to respond in time to confirm the intent to transfer to the "gaining" registrar. 2. The domain name is in a suspended account status or is expired at the existing registrar . 3. The domain name is "locked" against transfers at the existing registrar . 4. The domain name is within 60 days of its initial registration or change of ownership at the existing registrar. 5. The domain name was renewed in the last 45 days at the current registrar. 6. The legal ownership of the domain was changed in the last 60 days. | |
