If you sign up for Premium forwarding and it does not work (i.e. the site doesn't display properly), you can take these steps to continue using the Premium redirect in a way that will not cause page loading issues: 1) Login to your user account at https://www.domainit.com/myaccount 2) Click the domain name you want to manage 3) Under "Service Details", click "Manage Settings" under the Forwarding service 4) Next to "Change Premium Forward to", click "Frame Based" 5) Allow up to 15 minutes for the site to display properly Alternatively, you could update the code for your website to include the full paths (i.e. "https://www.domainit.com/images/logo.gif" rather than just "/images/logo.gif"). | |
